We’re Rebuild Woonsocket
We’re building a community-powered movement and transforming Woonsocket politics, so our city puts the needs of working-class people first.
Our Mission
Rebuild Woonsocket is here to work toward an equitable, just, and vibrant community and a livable future. We’re building a community-powered movement and transforming Woonsocket politics, so our city puts the needs of working-class people first.
Since we were founded in Spring 2021, Rebuild has organized the first Woonsocket Pride celebration (and protest), registered lots of new voters, organized public support for a historic investment in housing and health, and fundamentally changed the narrative of Woonsocket politics.
